Coadjuvant training
Programme structure
- Preventive coadjuvant training, dedicated to working on the factors that may pose a risk of injury to our players.
- Supportive coadjuvant training, which is responsible for optimizing the player’s recovery after training sessions and each competition.
- Structural coadjuvant training, which has to do with the morphological changes of the players (body composition, hypertrophy and metabolism).
- Coadjuvant training of specific qualities, which ensures that all movements and actions with the ball are at their optimum level.
