The Coadjuvant Training Program was created and has evolved with the aim of supporting athletes’ health and helping them compete at their highest capacity. This program is integrated into the optimiser training model, which is prioritized and implemented in the academy’s day-to-day work.
The program helps players become stronger, faster, more coordinated, and more resilient, allowing them to train and compete safely and effectively. It focuses on the development of movement quality, strength, conditioning, and recovery habits, always adapted to the player’s age and the real demands of the game.
Rather than replacing football training, coadjuvant training works alongside it, supporting injury prevention, performance improvement, and the development of a solid physical foundation for long-term football development.
This program is implemented with U15–U18 selective teams, once or twice per week, and is supervised by the Academy’s Technical Director and run by the Coadjuvant Training Department Coaches.
